Our Litigation services range from enforcing IP rights, defending IP infringement actions or applications to contractual, licensing and unlawful competition disputes. 

We have extensive experience in obtaining and defending Anton Piller orders.  We have a dedicated litigation department and frequently join forces with advocates with extensive IP litigation experience.
